While we at MyHues try our best to deliver your orders to you in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes unexpected situations can occur during transit.

For a Damaged, Defective, Wrong or expired item, you can request a refund or replacement within 1 day of delivery.
You will need to share the image of the item and its defects through Your Orders for a refund/replacement.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order can be only requested immediately placing the order. Any cancellation request made once your order has been dispatched will not be accepted.
